Simplifying the path to support
The UX challenge was to make a broad mix of health consultations, personalized content, member benefits, and policy information feel approachable rather than overwhelming. I simplified the user journey and established a clear visual hierarchy so members could scan what was available, understand its relevance, and find their next step with minimal effort.
