Apple Store Launches
A system of launch identities and digital, retail, and environmental applications created for four Apple Store openings in Korea.
Across four Apple Store openings in Korea—Jamsil, Gangnam, Hanam, and Hongdae—I developed location-specific launch identities within Apple’s global visual system. I designed store graphics, barricade walls, launch assets, merchandise, and Apple.com pages, carrying each identity across digital, retail, and environmental touchpoints. I worked closely with the production agency through fabrication, reviewed final installations on site, and maintained consistency from design through launch.
Apple Jamsil (잠실)
A layered ribbon treatment gave the Apple mark a bright, fluid quality, then extended across media badges, giveaways, and tote bags.
Apple Gangnam (강남)
Bands of colored light formed an energetic launch mark that scaled from the construction barricade and Apple.com to gifts and merchandise.
Apple Hanam (하남)
A quieter blue ribbon system carried the launch identity across Apple.com, media materials, and branded merchandise.
Apple Hongdae (홍대)
A hand-drawn, neon-like mark reflected Hongdae’s visual energy and became a flexible graphic across the barricade, Apple.com, posters, and launch merchandise.
